Jiffy Lube Oil Change

There web site says I gave them a 5 star review .That is a lie, there service was horrible, tried to sell me a radiator flush, which had been done 2 months prior.Used scare tactics to get me to buy that service, I laughed ,, Technician kept looking for reasons to charge me more for things that didn't need to be done. They will lie to you! Do not recommend these people , move on! Run!!!!! A simple oil change will cost you $300.00 they will do work you did not authorize and expect you to you pay! Please stay away from this place! I expect a response from them shortly to keep me quiet! Go for it?

Great professional courteous and respectful crew. I was impressed with the 21 point inspection and found there to be things I missed on a regular vehicle check on my own before trips Lydia was the contact person when I pulled up really appreciated the and enjoyed the visit

Stopped by Jiffy Lube today for my annual oil change on my mint condition 2016 Kenne Bell Mustang GT and the shop was clean and well kept, the crew was very professional and even offered my wife and I complimentary water while we waited in the car. Service was thorough, efficient and fast. I bring my own premium oil and filter whenever I get oil changes including this time. My only issue with these quick oil change places here in CC is that they don't honor their online discount coupons unless they use their own oil/filters - I'm a veteran and a senior, but to no avail.. This equates to their prices being way too high for what you're getting - in fact double what I was paying in the state of VA who still honored their coupons there. This is my second visit to this specific location, but with my other vehicle. I have my reasons for choosing Jiffy Lube over the dealership - I can watch what they're doing. At the dealership, I don't have eyes on my 700+ hp Mustang at all times and they like to take advantage and joy ride in my car because of this. Fortunately, I'm retired and only have to change my vehicle's oil once evey year because I drive way less than the average annual

Lydia and her team at this location delivered an exceptional experience marked by efficiency, warmth, and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, their friendliness set a welcoming tone, and their promptness ensured everything was handled without delay. What stood out most was their thoroughness, nothing was overlooked, and every aspect of the service was carried out with care and precision. Equally impressive was the team’s communication. They worked seamlessly with one another and kept me informed throughout the entire process, ensuring clarity and confidence every step of the way. It’s clear that Lydia leads with excellence, cultivating a team culture that values both strong communication and outstanding performance.
